Senior Fullstack Developer – Growth R&D

In the Growth R&D team, we implement data-driven experiments across the entire existing product stack and our marketing pages (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, Text, OpenWidget) as well as shipping new micro-tools, like AI email generator to drive meaningful business gains.
We're seeking a flexible and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. If you love driving measurable impact to business, with clear, data focused-feedback loops, this role is for you.
Who We're Looking For?
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the development of B2B software
You excel at solving complex technical problems across both frontend and backend systems
In-depth experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js and React
Proven experience with building backend services with significant website traffic, including serving content built with Generative AI (OpenAI, Claude)
Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with different product teams
Can balance rapid iteration with building scalable, high-quality solutions
Is passionate about understanding user behavior and improving the customer journey
You’re willing to implement and embrace new AI productivity technologies as they come (Cursor and what’s coming next)
What Will You Be Doing?
Develop and deploy full-stack features and experiments aimed at improving key growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)
Work across the entire technology stack, from user-facing React components to backend services and databases
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to define hypotheses, implement tests, and iterate on product features and micro-tools, and have an important saying in the experimentation roadmap
Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend applications
How we work
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
