Head of Customer Data Plaform

About your team:

We're seeking a Head of Customer Data Platform to lead a new and exciting project at Text. Our vision is to automate customer service by building API-first services that empower businesses with advanced end-user data management. With over 300K people monitored every minute, this platform will deliver real-time data to help visualize, categorize, and segment users of Text's products—opening up vast possibilities for innovation.

In this role, you will own the entire product life cycle, from ideation to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to build a unified system that enhances personalization and customer experiences. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and their end-users, driving data-driven insights and business growth. If this is the right challenge for you, let's talk!


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the CDP, overseeing the project lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals;

  • Collaborate with engineers, CxOs, and product teams to define, prioritize, and drive the implementation of CDP functionalities;

  • Analyze end-user data to create segmented data batches that will inform the continued development of the project;

  • Evaluate, rebuild, or retire existing functionalities to ensure a streamlined and effective CDP;

  • Develop prototypes for integrating the CDP into product interfaces;

  • Continuously enhance the CDP through rigorous testing and ongoing refinements.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Product or in a senior product management role;

  • Strong track record in people management with excellent leadership and communication skills;

  • Solid technical background with a deep understanding of backend technologies and the ability to engage effectively with technical stakeholders;

  • Visionary thinker with strong execution skills, particularly in creating and executing product roadmaps;

  • Ability to make bold business decisions and manage tight product cycles;

  • Excellent command of English.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
