Text is scaling fast in the USt, and we need someone to take charge of building our BDR function from the ground up. What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale our outbound motion – You’ll be responsible for creating and executing a successful outbound strategy, generating and qualifying leads through cold calls, outreach, and prospecting.

  • Promote a game-changing product – You’ll travel to represent Text.com at 3–5 (and growing) offline events annually.You’ll be selling a platform that’s transforming customer service for companies of all sizes. 

  • Collaborate with Account Executives – Work hand-in-hand with our AEs to ensure smooth handoff of leads and opportunities, driving both top-of-funnel success and bottom-line results.

  • Own your targets – You’ll be accountable for meeting and exceeding your KPIs—booked meetings, opportunities created, and revenue generated—all while owning your performance and outcomes.

  • Set yourself up for growth—step into an AE role within 6–12 months.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in tech sales – You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar outbound sales role within a tech company, and you’ve consistently hit or exceeded your targets.

  • Comfortable with ownership – You’re proactive, take responsibility for your goals, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

  • Results-driven – You measure success by your ability to generate meetings, move leads through the funnel, and close deals. You love seeing the tangible impact of your hard work.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’re motivated to shape the future of our BDR function and grow with us as we scale.

  • Great communicator – You know how to tailor your messaging to different audiences and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
