Content Writer - Communication Team

About your team:

The Communication Team is a cross-product group of specialists responsible for supporting product teams. Right now, we’re working across three products: LiveChat, ChatBot, and OpenWidget. We’re all about creating articles that are packed with quality. We keep a close eye on our metrics every day to make sure what we’re putting out is actually helping our products grow.

Our team includes an editor, a social media lead, and an SEO specialist, all led by our head of communication. We keep things moving with Slack for chats and ClickUp for planning.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and optimizing content for OpenWidget, LiveChat Success, and ChatBot, making sure we’re meeting all their content needs.

  • Using AI and other tools as part of your daily workflow — we’re big fans of AI and love working with it.

  • Helping us grow organic traffic, boosting trial sign-ups, and ensuring our on-site SEO is strong and supports our domains.

  • Writing 1-2 AI-assisted articles each day, giving them a good polish before passing them to our editor, and then uploading them to our CMS.

  • Monitoring key metrics to ensure your content is driving growth in organic traffic and paid accounts.

We expect:

  • You’ve got experience writing articles focused on driving business results that have made a real impact on metrics.

  • You've got that native-level English down pat, especially when it comes to writing.

  • You’ll be working in a product company, so it should feel natural for you to create engaging content about software.

  • You are familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, and Tableau.

  • You’re a strong communicator — we believe in keeping things transparent and honest, and learning from our mistakes.

  • You have no problem organizing your time in a fast-paced environment and switching between priorities.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
