Sales Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our sales team and contribute to our mission to help brands deliver top-notch customer service at scale by analyzing, enriching, and automating text communication. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer experiences. On this role you will:
Collaborate with Account Executives to coordinate sales activities and maintain a cohesive approach.
Develop detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
Manage documentation, ensuring clarity and precision in pricing proposals and product presentations.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Conduct customer needs analysis to identify business requirements and tailor solutions.
Conduct account research for lead identification.
Job Requirements:
Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent English.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and situations.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in sales and a quick, adaptive learner.

How we work
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
