Web Designer - First Impression Experience
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our First Impression Experience team. In this role, you’ll help shape the visual identity of product-focused campaigns, landing pages, and promotional content — directly influencing how new customers perceive and engage with Text's solutions.
The First Impression Experience team’s mission is to attract and activate new users by generating high-quality traffic through engaging campaigns, a strong web presence, and memorable brand moments. You’ll collaborate daily with content specialists, performance marketers, and our social media lead to bring creative ideas to life and make a real impact on how our brand is seen and experienced online.
You will be responsible for:
Designing consistent and on-brand visual assets such as landing pages, performance ads, and social media graphics.
Collaborating daily with your team to implement your ideas — from testing coded landing pages to shaping campaign direction both strategically and creatively.
Adhering to and incorporating our refreshed visual brand identity (currently in development).
Analyzing the performance of published projects using tools like Google Analytics 4 and iterating on designs based on team feedback and performance data.
Reviewing existing marketing materials and proposing up-to-date visual improvements.
You may be a great fit for this role if you:
Are proficient in Figma and open to leveraging AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stability.ai) to support creative workflows — from ideation and research to content support and experimentation.
Have experience creating visual brand assets for companies, products, or services.
Can design structured, responsive, effective, and visually engaging landing pages, ads, and social media creatives.
Have storytelling skills and experience crafting strategic, multi-channel campaigns.
Are consistent in maintaining brand style across all digital material.
Have experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or digital product projects.
Understand and apply conversion-focused design principles on landing pages.
Bring a collaborative mindset to every project — working openly, asking for input, and giving constructive feedback to others.
Are curious and willing to learn new skills like animation.
Nice to have:
Experience with CRO or A/B testing projects.
Illustration skills.
Motion design skills.
Print material delivery.
How we work
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
